Job Description:

• To control, plan and supervise for and activity work according to the objectives of the company.
• To arrange training of employees as per rules and regulations of the company.
• To make decisions and solve problems between the organization, customers and agents.
• To take care of all document system including reports.
• To Organize systems and KPI to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Organize incentive systems

Applicant Qualifications:

• Male or female age 32-45 years above.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience working in Management and Sales.
• Good ability in human resource management.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Able to communicate, speak, read and write English fluently (Other languages is an added value)
